Recipe of the Day
Glazed Chicken Wings



3 lbs. chicken wings (17 to 20)
2 Tbs. Vegetable Oil
1/4 Cup Honey
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Cayenne Red Pepper
2 Tbs. Chili Sauce
1 tsp. Salt

For easier handling as a finger food, separate chicken wings at joint. Mix remaining ingredients; pour on chicken. Cover and refrigerate, turning chicken occasionally, at least 1 hour. Heat oven to 375 Deg. Drain chicken, reserving marinade. Place chicken on rack in foil-lined broiler pan. Bake 30 minutes. Brush chicken with the reserved marinade, until tender about 30 minutes
