1 1/2 pt. sweetened strawberries (fresh or frozen) 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding 1 c. sour cream 1 small pkg. strawberry gelatin 3 c. frozen whipped topping 3 c. cold milk 1 box vanilla wafers Heat the sweetened berries with the gelatin until the gelatin dissolves. Do not add water. Set aside to cool. Beat together the milk and pudding. Stir in the sour cream and fold in the whipped topping. Layer wafers, pudding mixture and strawberry mixture. Repeat, topping with pudding mixture. Refrigerate until serving time. Better made day before serving. Serves 10-12. |
