1 1/2 lb. top round steak 1 can Hunt's Ready Italian Tomato sauce (chunky) 1 sm onion, chopped 1/4 c. celery, sliced 1/4 c. red wine (or water) 1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet (optional) 2 tbs flour 2 tbs water Cut steak in serving size pieces and brown along with onions & celery. Place in crock pot. Cover with tomato sauce, wine (or water) and simmer on med. hi. 3-4 hours. Thicken with flour/water paste. Serve over noodles, potatoes or rice. |
