1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. melted margarine 1/4 c. margarine 3 eggs 2/3 c. milk 1 (14 oz.) can pumpkin pie mix 1/2 c. chopped nuts Reserve 1 cup cake mix for topping. Combine remaining cake mix, 1/2 cup melted margarine and 1 egg. Press into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Now, combine pumpkin pie mix, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup sugar and milk; beat until smooth. Pour over crust. Combine reserved 1 cup cake mix, 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon, 1/4 cup margarine and nuts. Sprinkle over pumpkin filling and bake 55-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm or cold. |
