3-4 pork chops 1-4 oz can mushrooms 1 can cream of mushroom 1 soup can of water 1 cup instant rice 1/4 cup onion, chopped 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped (optional) salt and pepper to taste Brown pork chops on both sides, in a little oil or shortening in frying pan. Place pork chops in slow cooker, mix all remaining ingredients and pour over top of pork chops. Cover and cook on low at least 6 hours. Chicken can be used in place of pork chops. |
