1 pkg. onion soup mix 2 lbs potatoes, cut into large chunks 1/3 cup oil Preheat oven to 400°F. Pour oil into a large plastic zipper seal bag. Add potatoes and shake vigorously to thoroughly coat potatoes, then pour the onion soup mix into bag and shake again. Pour potatoes into a shallow baking pan and bake, stirring at least once for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender inside and golden brown outside. serves 8 |
