Mom's Best Meatloaf

1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 cup milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 tbs. finely chopped green pepper
1 tbs. ketchup
1 tsp. prepared horseradish

In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Press into 8x1x2-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Drizzle top of loaf with ketchup; bake 1 minutes more or until no pink remains.
