Ham and Cabbage Roll


4 slices cooked, sliced ham
2 Tbs onion, chopped
2 Tbs butter or margarine
3 Tbs flour
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tsp mustard
1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
2/3 cup bread crumbs
2 cups cooked cabbage

Spread 1/2 cup cooked cabbage on each ham slice, and roll up. Place in a medium baking dish. Sauté onion in melted butter. Add flour and stir until blended. Add milk and mustard; cook until mixture comes to a boil. Stir in cheese, pour over ham and top with mixture of bread crumbs and butter. Bake in preheated 375º oven 25 to 30 minutes.
