Easy Chicken Nuggets

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts - cut into bite-size pieces
1 egg
2 tbs. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
3 to 4 cups crushed cornflakes

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine egg, milk and salt in a medium bowl. Mix well with a fork or wire whisk and set aside. Place corn flakes in a paper or plastic bag. Dip chicken pieces in the egg mixture, then put in bag with cornflakes. Place the coated chicken pieces on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 15 min. Serve immediately with vegetables of your choice.
