2 lbs. Frozen hash brown cubes 1/2 cup melted margarine 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. minced onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 pint sour cream 2 cups grated cheddar cheese Thaw potatoes. Stir in melted margarine and add next 8 ingredients. Put in greased 9x13-inch, and add topping. Topping: 1-2 cups crushed corn flakes 1/4 cup margarine, melted Top potatoes with corn flakes, sprinkle with margarine, or spray with cooking spray. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered. |
