Beef Roll-ups

1 lb. round steak (run through tenderizer)
1 cup fine bread crumbs
1 pkg. Onion soup mix
6-8 pieces green stems of green onion (chopped)
1 32-ounce jar spaghetti sauce
3 tbs. Italian herbs
salt and pepper to taste

Add spices to spaghetti sauce and simmer till slightly thickened. Cut steak into 6 to 8 strips (about 2 inches by 6 inches). Combine bread crumbs and onion soup mix. Salt and pepper strips, spoon 2 tbs. of crumb mixture on steak and top with a piece of green onion. Roll up, starting at the narrow end, and secure with toothpicks. Place in oven proof baking dish, pour sauce on top and bake at 325-deg for 45 to 60 minutes. Serve with cooked spaghetti.
