Baked Corn Casserole

1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 large onion -- chopped
1 medium bell pepper -- chopped
1 2 oz jar pimiento -- chopped
salt and pepper -- to taste
red pepper -- to taste
2/3 cup milk
1 egg -- beaten
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 cup cheddar cheese -- grated
1/4 cup butter -- melted

Combine all ingredients in order given; mix well. Pour into greased 2-quart oven proof casserole. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
